I’ve used other copier companies in the past but this one is best. Their technicians are top notch and ensure we are satisfied the machine is working properly before they leave.  I feel I get the same top-quality maintenance or better than when I had a maintenance contract with another company.  Transitions to new machines has always been fast and smooth with minimal job interruptions. We have been a customer of H & H Business Systems for almost 10 years. H & H has always provided us with competitive pricing and outstanding customer service. The copier technicians that come onsite are always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Over the years, we have had a couple of large, production-quality color copiers with complicated features.
H & H has been a very solid and reliable long term vendor for our organization. As a non-profit customer, they have access to non-profit/government pricing programs. We regularly get solicitations from other copier vendors in the area, but we are extremely satisfied with H & H and no reason to consider switching vendors.
